Biographical Info

I am a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston (class of 1997), holding a degree in English. I received my teaching certificate through Lycoming College in January of 2006, having completed my student-teaching at South Williamsport in December of 2005.

Before I became a teacher I was the co-owner of a recycling business in Framingham, Massachusetts, for over 20 years. During that time I was also a member and vice-chairman of the Finance Committee in Bellingham, Massachusetts, where I lived for 15 years. From 1990-2003 I was an umpire in the local Babe Ruth League, and was a certified umpire in the state of Massachusetts from 2000-2003.

Both sides of my family have roots in DuBoistown, where I now live with my wife Nancy and my cat, Jasper. I am excited and grateful to be teaching at South High (Go Mounties!!) and have grown to love this area and our school.

Please feel free to contact me at any time. My goal is to help your student be as successful as possible, not only in  academics, but in life.  Your participation in that process is both welcomed and encouraged.
